Over the years, there have been many actors who have played the role of Adam on The Young and the Restless. Therefore, each and every one of them has crossed paths with Eric Braeden since he happens to play the character’s onscreen father Victor. There were six youngsters who appeared in the role in the early years followed by Chris Egen, Michael Muhney, Justin Hartley and presently Mark Grossman.

Why are we rehashing this? Well, Braeden recently had something to say about one of those actors…

If you’re a fan of Hartley then you’ve most likely been following his hit CBS series Tracker, which is currently in its second season and airs on Sunday nights. Last week’s episode titled “Ontological Shock” caught the eye of Braeden, who happened to be watching as Hartley’s Colter suddenly disappeared during his search for a missing father, as Reenie recruited his brother, Russell (Jensen Ackles, Days of Our Lives, Spuernatural) for help.

“Watched Justin Hartley on Tracker tonight!” Braeden stated. “Loved the show!” He went on to express, “No wonder the show is so damn successful! I couldn’t stop watching!” then gave Hartley a huge shoutout, “Justin is a very good actor, very convincing, very strong! He has what all American stars from Jimmy Stewart, John Wayne, James Arness, etc, had, namely, a basic decency and integrity and strength! He simply is believable!”

We have to agree with Braeden… There’s a reason why Tracker clocked in 8.3 million viewers during it Season Two premiere and a large part of that is due to Hartley’s ability to take the audience along for a thrilling ride as Colter risks his life to save those who have gone missing.
