Y&R spoilers for the week of October 7 reveal that news will spread about Heather’s death. The body was recovered pretty quickly, so Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei) was able to identify the body. With that being said, an autopsy will be done and the cause of death determined.
Since the back of Heather’s head was covered in blood, that will likely be determined as the cause of death. That will spark a police investigation and Sharon is already panicking.
Daniel is not only dealing with his own shock and grief, by trying to help Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) as well.
Y&R Spoilers – Sharon Newman Slips
Sharon is already acting way too happy around her loved ones. Even though Sharon is duping everyone, including her own psychiatrist, she is bound to slip. One of Heather’s neighbors must have seen something.
Perhaps the fisherman who found Heather’s body also saw Sharon dumping it. Maybe there is a piece of evidence at the penthouse that Sharon left behind.
Of course, this is the perfect time for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to return to the police force. Chance has a romantic history with Sharon. It was brief, but it could still complicate how Chance handles it if he suspects Sharon is guilty of murder.

Next week, fans can also expect Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to reject Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) again. Meanwhile, it seems Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) could face temptation.
Then, there is Audra, who was fired by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Even though Kyle is gloating now, Audra will get revenge. The Glissade position was everything to Audra, so she will take this hit personally.
As for Diane, she will be furious when she realizes Kyle stole her moisturizer plans for Victor. Diane will plot revenge, but who will really pay the price in the end? Could Diane’s revenge scheme have an unintended victim?
