Y&R spoilers for the week of September 30 reveal that the preview clip begins at Daniel and Heather’s penthouse. Daniel is sitting next to Lucy on the couch, right near where Sharon killed Heather.
Daniel seems to start telling Lucy something, then gets distracted. As Daniel gets stuck inside his head, Lucy gets his attention.

During the week of September 30, after Lucy gets her father’s attention, he tells her some devastating news. Daniel tells Lucy that her mom isn’t coming home. Lucy doesn’t seem to understand and asks why not.
At this point, Lucy probably assumes her parents got into a fight. What Daniel tells Lucy will depend on what Sharon confesses to. Even though Daniel does say Heather isn’t coming home, maybe that’s just an assumption based on the bag that Sharon packed for her?

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of September 30 reveal that the preview clip then goes to Sharon’s house. Nick is about to leave to search for Sharon.
Nick asks Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to stay there just in case Sharon returns. Before Nick goes out the door, Sharon walks in.

During the week of September 30, fans can also expect Faith and Mariah to embrace their mom. Sharon says she is all right and apologizes. Sharon then says everything is going to be okay, but she has a worried look on her face.
At the end of the video clip, Sharon says, “That’s why I confessed.” Nick nervously clears his throat and asks, “Confessed to what?”
While it would seem that Sharon claims to have confessed to Heather’s murder, is that really what happens? Why would the police just let Sharon stroll home if she confessed to murder? Unless Sharon confesses to Daniel? Then why wouldn’t he call the police? Maybe Sharon’s “confession” was to Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes).
Although Sharon intended to report herself to the police, perhaps a hallucination gets in the way of that. It seems there is something bizarre going on and this storyline might not be over yet.
