Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is knee-deep in corporate scheming. As it stands, she’s turned to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to bring Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) down, but it sounds like the aftermath of taking over Chancellor looks a lot different to both The Moustache and Lily. What happens next?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winter Wants Something Victor Newman Isn’t Willing To Give Her
Y&R spoilers remind fans that Lily is vying to take back her cushy CEO position at Chancellor Industries. She’s hoping she can get Victor to snag the company out from under Billy-boy, where he’ll hand her the reigns to the conglomerate.
The unfortunate thing is that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) also has her eye on that prize, and Victor needs some way of keeping his wife away from Newman Media.
Her feathers were all ruffled up when her hubby appointed his son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as CEO of that division. That is, until Victor told her about the plans, he has for her and Chancellor.
The bigger issue here is that the Moustache isn’t being forthcoming to Lily. He’s happy with the information she’s bringing to the table to bring Billy down; however, he’s not being honest about where she’ll land when the dust settles, and Chancellor falls under the Newman Enterprises umbrella.

In typical soap fashion, Lily is sure to learn she’s been duped at some point. It’ll likely happen before The Moustache gets his paws on Chancellor.
Lily’s been scheming up a storm as of late, which is slightly out of character. Still, it seems as if something snapped in her after she returned to Genoa City earlier this year and found out Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) cheated on her.
Victor had a chat with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) recently when his lawyer pointed out that Lily won’t be overly happy when she finds out she isn’t being appointed as Chancellor’s CEO. Victor fluffed it all off as a “means to an end”, and he believes everything will work out in the wash of it all.
Still, fans can sense something bigger at play here. What if Lily finds out about Victor’s plans before all the “I’s” are dotted and “T’s” are crossed on this deal?
Could she decide to jump ship, go back to Billy, apologize for everything she’s done, and give him the goods on Victor so they can get the better of The Moustache?
