Young & Restless Preview: Lily Seeks Out a Partner to Take Billy Down — and Will Kyle Give In to Victor’s Request?

Recently, Victor met with Kyle, who assumed they would talk about taking down Jabot. Instead, Victor wanted Kyle to let Claire go as Harrison’s nanny, as he and Nikki wanted her in the family business, working alongside Nikki. Kyle initially refused, thinking he couldn’t put his son through so much change, what with him also buying a new house for them. Next week, however, Kyle tells Claire, “We have to talk.” Is he going to let her go?
Billy seems on track to do what he does best, which is blowing up his life. Though, to be fair, his personal life and issues with Chelsea, for once, weren’t his fault. His business decisions, on the other hand… Next week, Billy thinks Chance seems ready to jump ship. Chance says he hasn’t decided yet.
Finally, Lily’s plan to oust Billy from Chancellor blew up in her face when Billy fired her! Even though Devon offered her to work at Winters, she knew he was about as good at sharing power as Billy was. Coming up, Lily seems to want payback and meets with The Mustache. Victor says to Lily, “So, you want me to help you take down Billy Abbott.” Lily replies, “Yes.” Little does she know that Victor wants Chancellor all for himself!
