Y&R spoilers reveal that Lucy has been drinking alcohol for a while now. When Faith busted Lucy before, she didn’t rat her out. Instead, Faith hoped Lucy would confess to her parents on her own, which she did.
Despite Faith not thinking booze is cool at all, Lucy keeps hitting the bottle. During Lucy’s latest drinking session, it came after Faith rejected her friendship. Then, Lucy texted Faith asking for her help. Understandably, Faith was not thrilled to see a drunk Lucy.

Faith was going to take Lucy home. In fact, Faith had to basically grab Lucy as she didn’t want to confront her parents.
Right now, it’s not clear if they took an Uber and the driver crashed, or if Faith has her own car. They definitely had a driver for the concert but that doesn’t mean Faith didn’t drive to Lucy’s location herself.
In any case, Lucy wakes up soon after her parents arrive at the hospital. IIt’s not clear if Faith will be as lucky or if her injuries could be more serious.

However, since Lucy drinks when she feels inadequate, the tough love could backfire. What if Lucy just uses it as another excuse to drink again?
In addition to her parents’ pressure, Lucy could also feel guilty about Faith’s medical condition. Even if Lucy wasn’t driving, she might think Faith wouldn’t have been in the car if she hadn’t texted her. So that could just increase Lucy’s guilt as well as the desire to numb her pain.
Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers’ New Chapter
Recently, Phyllis had a chat with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Phyllis was ranting about Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and regretting imploding Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) marriage. Nick was right that Phyllis has done a lot of good in her life. It hasn’t all been bad.
At the time of the chat, Nick got the call about Faith’s accident. Phyllis recently spoke to Faith and was impressed by Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) daughter. Phyllis is also Lucy’s grandmother. So, Phyllis will find out pretty quickly about Lucy and Faith’s accident.
What if Lucy runs off to drown her sorrows again? Heather and Daniel might not be able to get through to Lucy right now. Lucy will probably just claim they don’t understand.
Could Phyllis be the one to reach Lucy, and help get her back on the right path? With Phyllis clearly looking for a way to do some good, this would be a good start.
