General Hospital spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t very happy right now. When she agreed to be Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) alibi for the time FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) was murdered, she didn’t realize the full ramifications of what that would mean.
So now she’s once again tied to Sonny in ways that she never expected to be at this point in her life. Her lie could lead her life in unexpected directions.
General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Wright Warns Viewers To Be Prepared!
During a recent X (formerly Twitter) post, Laura Wright warned viewers that they might notice a change in her appearance this week. This is what she said. “So the next couple days, you will see me doing my best to hide my eye.”
So of course, fans wanted to know what happened. She went on, “I woke up with a broken blood vessel – it was CRAZY looking from the wrong angle haaa.” She then joked to ask her co-star Charles Mesure how bad it was as she shared a clip of a scene between them.
GH Spoilers – Laura Wright Has Recovered!
She updated fans that the issue has since resolved itself and her eye is fine now. She also gave a shout-out to the General Hospital crew for filming her at an angle that hid her eye injury for the most part. She accompanied the post with a current selfie to show the injury is gone.
Even in the scene she shared on X, the injury wasn’t really noticeable, but Wright just wanted to warn fans just in case they noticed.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer May Have To Stay Away From Jack Brennan
Carly has been spending a lot of time with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) as he provides her with updates about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) mission to bring Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
When Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) saw them together, she warned Carly that she can’t appear to be flirtatious with another man since she told authorities that she and Sonny were making love the night Cates was murdered.
Diana warned Carly that if she wants her alibi to be taken seriously, she has to make everyone believe she and Sonny have reconciled.
