When it comes to news surrounding our favorite daytime soaps, there’s always big announcements being made and the latest surrounds a General Hospital star and his son, who just so happens to have appeared on his dad’s soap over the past few years. Maurice Benard (Sonny) and Joshua (ex-Adam) took to social media to deliver an exciting message for 2025.
The father/son duo shared a video of themselves from inside a car as they sang along with Bob Dylan’s 1965 hit “Like a Rolling Stone” playing in the background — and they had some fun doing it!
And along with their cute video, Joshua’s dad announced, “Next year we’re coming to a city near you,” and tagged his State Of Mind Instagram along with Coastal Entertainment’s, which often sets up events for soap actors. Fans were excited and some even requested that they hit up a city near them, as well as return to one they’ve already visited.
For those who don’t know, Benard brings his State of Mind podcast to viewers each Sunday where he interviews guests and “promotes the importance of speaking about every aspect of mental health.” If you’d like to tune in to a past show or two, you can do so via the info below… from fellow soap stars to others in the business, you’ll likely find an episode that’ll interest you.
