The Davis girls are anguished as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is arrested, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) wants to take the blame, and there’s frantic familiarity in Africa with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)!
General Hospital Spoilers: Anguishing Arrests
At Bobbie’s, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is visibly shaken as she confides in Kristina about their mother Alexis being arrested for the murder of John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington).
Overwhelmed with emotion, Molly struggles to hold back tears. Meanwhile, at the PCPD, Alexis is undergoing intense questioning, and she’s not enjoying it one bit.
Although Mac Scorpio (John J. York) personally brought her in, it’s not his voice that’s probing her about how she came to possess the murder weapon.
It doesn’t sound like Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) or Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) either; perhaps it’s Calvin Bennet (Kendrick Cross), the occasional police instructor and detective, stepping in to assist?
GH Spoilers: Blame Taking
Meanwhile, Kristina’s family from the Corinthos side is rallying around her; Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) informs Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that Kristina won’t allow her mother to take the blame. Alexis is left in shock and fury when Kristina announces her intention to confess to the murder.
The firearm that Alexis discarded from Robin’s Bridge into the river was the one Kristina retrieved from Sonny’s gun safe; however, it wasn’t the actual murder weapon.
Has the gun that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) claimed to have seen even been located; if that gun were to surface, it would undoubtedly not match the bullets recovered from Cates’ body!
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) quickly melted down the real murder weapon and any remaining bullets in it!
General Hospital Spoilers: Frantic Familiarity
Jason and Anna have arrived in Africa, where they find themselves at an extravagant party featuring a lavish bar, near to Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) last known coordinates. Anna dazzles in a shimmering purple dress, while Jason stands out in a crisp white tuxedo near the bar.
It’s then that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) notices Anna and, turning to the visibly anxious Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), remarks that he’s never encountered her before.
Clearly, Sidwell is also unfamiliar with Jason, who at that point tells Anna, they need to make their move! Although Holly may or may not recognize Jason, she certainly knows Anna well; Anna locks eyes with her as Holly timidly asks, “Excuse me?”
