Bold & Beautiful Fave Darin Brooks’ New Co-Stars Are ‘a *Lot* of People You Recognize’
Bold & Beautiful standout Darin Brooks is about to return to the screen, he disclosed in a September 21 Instagram message. It’s “been a while since I posted,” acknowledged Wyatt’s former portrayer.
But he had the best-ever excuse for being MIA for a bit. “I’m off shooting a really funny film with some incredibly talented people!” he explained.
You could all but hear the entire Internet replying in unison, “Who?!?” Alas, “I can’t tell ya who just yet,” said the Emmy winner, “but A lot of people you recognize… ”
“I could say who,” teased wife Kelly Kruger (ex-Mac, Young & Restless). Aaanyway…
Whoever they are, “I’m just blessed to be working with them!” Brooks said. “First week of filming down… but gotta get that Saturday workout in! Shoulder day today!”
Looks pretty damn camera-ready to us!
Brooks left Bold & Beautiful after 10 years in late 2023 but made the first of what we hope will be many guest appearances not long after. How could he stay away for good? As he said in his farewell message, on-screen dad Don Diamont (Bill) and brother Scott Clifton (Liam) are “like family to me in real life, so I’ll see ya soon.”
Brooks’ IMDb page offers no hint of what his exciting new project might be. But his past credits include everything from the series Amber Brown with Grey’s Anatomy’s Sarah Drew (ex-April) to the sitcom 2 Broke Girls to the series-turned-movie Blue Mountain State (which introduced him to his then-future missus).
