Taylor, Ridge, and Brooke’s netted web of complicated feelings have been the backbone of the CBS soap for decades. So, there really is no shock value there. However, there is one thing that could actually leave Ridge shaking in his shoes, and that is if Taylor confides in him that she is sick, really-really sick! Not long left to live sick.

Moreover, Bridget and Tyalor have several scenes coming up together. Thus, there is a possibility that when Taylor confides in Ridge, he arranges for Bridget to return and plan out a treatment program for Taylor.
In fact, the reason for Taylor’s absence from Steffy and Thomas’ life in recent months has not been disclosed yet. When she first returned, she apologized to Steffy for not being there for her when she needed her mom, Taylor also mentioned how regretful she was. We have a feeling that she was away trying out experimental treatments for whatever disease she is dealing with.
