There comes a time in everyone’s life when you want — or need — a change and recently, that’s exactly how The Young and the Restless’ Melissa Ordway felt. In fact, the change was so drastic that viewers may be wondering, “Who’s that girl?” when Abby pops up on their screens.
The CBS soap star posted a video sitting in a styling chair and in one moment, she was smiling for the camera, as a friend stood behind her, giving the actress’ super-long locks a little lift, then in the next, just like that, Ordway was rocking a new super-short hair cut. And we have to say, it looks super-cute on her!
“Sometimes you just need to change it up a bit,” she shared then went on to thank her stylist, Christine Pasqualone, for “always making my hair dreams come true.”
Ordway’s husband, Justin Michael Gaston (ex-Chance), clearly approved by jumping into the comments to post fire emojis alongside a sweet message, “How you doing?” And her castmates loved it too with Amelia Heinle (Victoria) stating, “Did you? That’s so gorgeous! I’m so jealous! You look so, so beautiful,” as Susan Walters (Diane) added, “Adorable.” Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) agreed and shared, “So cute!” and Zuleyka Silver (Audra) chimed in, “Looks so good!” as many others shared variations of the same reactions.
