The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Taylor Hayes’ Truth Bomb
B&B recap for Tuesday, October 1 reveals that Taylor continues explaining to Ridge that she has heart failure. Taylor tells Ridge she’s dying. Ridge is in disbelief.
An emotional Taylor wishes she were as strong and healthy as he thought. Ridge wishes Taylor had told him before.
While Taylor seems to accept her death sentence, Ridge keeps saying she will be fixed. Taylor doesn’t think so, and explains she doesn’t have much time left.

B&B Recap – Ridge Forrester Reels
Taylor says that she initially dismissed her symptoms as stress. When she finally did see a doctor, she was given a diagnosis of heart failure.
That’s when Taylor came back to L.A. Ridge agrees home is where Taylor needs to be right now. Taylor wants Ridge to keep quiet. Taylor begs Ridge not to tell anyone.
Ridge suggests they meet with a specialist. Taylor thinks it’s pointless. Taylor knows the science and accepts her fate. Ridge calls Taylor a defeatist.
Taylor reasons she’s being realistic. Ridge still wants her to talk to more doctors. Ridge promises to be there for Taylor.
If Taylor can’t make the right decision, then Ridge will do it for her. Ridge reminds Taylor that Eric Forrester (John McCook) pulled a similar stunt.
Ridge finally agrees he won’t say anything – but only if she gets treatment. Taylor agrees and throws her arms around Ridge.
The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Brooke Logan’s Reminder
The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, October 1 reveals that Steffy and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) talk about the bedroom line.
Brooke adds that they both love Ridge. Brooke wants to try to find more common ground. Steffy chimes in that Taylor will always be a part of Ridge’s life.
Brooke doesn’t deny Ridge’s love for Taylor and their family. However, Brooke reminds Steffy that Ridge is now with her.
Steffy claims she’s not playing matchmaker. Why does she keep saying that so much??? It’s starting to make me think she is.
Back to the storyline, Brooke says they need to accept things as they are. Steffy claims she’s all for acceptance and wants Brooke to accept how much Ridge cares about Taylor.
Brooke tells Steffy that she wants her family to be happy. Steffy finds it very difficult to believe. Brooke says she’s not worried about Taylor interfering with her relationship at all.
B&B Recap – Tuesday, October 1, 2024
On Tuesday, October 1, Katie and Will are talking about the transfer. Will is worried when Katie hints she might reunite with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
Katie explains she’s drawn to the idea of reuniting the family. Will says he doesn’t need that and neither does she. Will says Bill will always love Katie, but can’t follow through. Will pleads with Katie not to reunite with Bill. Katie says that her happiness is her responsibility.
Katie changes the subject to interning at Forrester Creations. While it all sounds great, Will isn’t so sure this is for him. Katie wants her son to keep an open mind as it could change his life forever.
