General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan in the land of Port Charles come Friday, September 27, 2024! What can viewers expect from tomorrow’s show?
Well, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will make a bold move, while Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) doesn’t have the best of news, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a warning, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have a bit of a make-out sesh.

GH Spoilers: Holly Sutton’s Bold Move
GH spoilers for Friday, September 27 reveal that Holly will make a bold move. Last fans saw Holly on Thursday in a sticky situation with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Roto), as she and Lucky Spencer (Johnathan Jackson) were trying to escape the camp.
She got a hold of the gun, but it was dropped, and the show closed as both Sidwell and Lucky raced to grab the weapon.
Unfortunately, during the Friday preview video, it seems as if Sidwell may have the upper hand. A clip shows him, holding Holly, while saying, “I can never tell if you’re bluffing”.
It sounds like he’s talking to Lucky, who might be trying to pull a fast one. The tables shall turn, and Lucky and Holly will likely escape, but what kind of move will she play to ensure they get out of Sidwell’s camp, alive?
Bad News Brennan
Over in Port Charles, Brennan will take a meeting with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and it seems as if he’ll provide her a not-so-great update on Jason and Anna.
During the weekly preview, Brennan tells Carly that he’s done, ‘as much as he can, and the ‘rest is up to them’.
Both Carly and Brennan have concerned looks on their face, as they should. Anna and Jason are in quite a pickle, right now …
GH Spoilers: Anna Devane & Jason Morgan Keep Going
Speaking of, despite the perilous situation the two are in, Jason and Anna pick up where they left off during Thursday’s close.
In a clip for tomorrow’s preview, the two are shown making out in their jail cell. Maybe they should wait until they are safe back home for this carrying on?
All joking aside, is this a way to distract the guards, or has their pent-up chemistry gotten the better of them? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
Sonny Corinthos’s Warning
Meanwhile, Sonny is also highlighted in tomorrow’s show, as a clip from the GH preview for Friday shows him talking to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).
As the attorney looks on with a serious face, the mob boss warns him, “I would hope you would make that happen.”
Sonny hired the lawyer to clear Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) of those charges for John “Jagger” Cates’s (Adam J. Harrington) murder. What will happen if Martin doesn’t deliver?
Speaking of Martin, will he run into Lucy during Friday’s show? She’s shown during the preview, as well, looking a tad awkward as she states, “Is that why you haven’t called me?” Sounds like these two exes could have a confrontation.
With that being said, Lucy will have an encounter of sorts on Friday, September 27, but GH spoilers indicate it’s with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue). Sounds like Lucy is going to “school” Natalia, but is this about Deception business or something else?

Rounding out GH spoilers for Friday, September 27, fans can expect to see Robert and Diane share a meal, as the two banter back and forth in a flirty fashion.
A clip for tomorrow’s preview shows them sitting down to eat, while Robert states, “You can’t be too sure on that”.
Lastly, added teasers for tomorrow’s show indicate that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will gloat about something. She caught Cody and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) *almost* about to do the deed on his dining table at the stables, near the end of Thursday’s show.
Looks like she may gloat over the opportunity to fire Sasha – or have her written up; however, Friday’s preview shows Cody giving Tracy an ultimatum of sorts when he says, “You should know if you do, I’m going to.”
Tracy has a serious look on her face, so will she threaten to give Sasha the pink slip over this, and will Cody stand up for his girlfriend? That looks to be the case!
