General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) just got a shout out in Port Charles and fans are now wildly guessing that this means he’s coming back sooner rather than later.
Finn is in rehab for falling off the wagon after his father’s death. Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) had ALS and his final weeks he was staying at Finn’s house. Finn is a doctor so Gregory was in good hands. But nothing could have prepared Finn for finding his father’s lifeless body one morning.
General Hospital spoilers – Hamilton Finn Scared Violet Finn
Finn previously accidently had a sip of champagne and this breach made it all the easier for Finn to hit the bottle to cope. He had been sober for years. Finn fell hard and made a general a** of himself to everyone he knew.
His loved ones urged him to go to rehab, and when he was fired from GH he went on a bender that shocked his little girl Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).

His brother Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) drove the reluctant doctor to rehab and he’s been there ever since. For now Violet is living with her uncle Chase and his wife Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
On the September 13th episode fans sat up and took notice when Finn’s name was mentioned. It happened during a conversation between Chase and Brook Lynn. They were talking about starting a family. And then Chase let slip that Finn would be home in a month to resume raising Violet.

To be clear, neither Easton nor the show have spoken about a possible return. The comment was made casually but of course fans would love it if their favorite character is on the fast track to life back in Port Charles, New York
General Hospital spoilers – Is Hamilton Finn Ready To Come Home?
If the comment alluded to reality, then it’s possible that Finn may be back in PC in time to help Violet go trick or treating. But even if the character is returning, that doesn’t mean he’ll stay.
Finn may decide to take Violet somewhere new for a fresh start. Or he may think that PC is not the right atmosphere for him at the moment and go work with Doctors Without Borders.
