SHOCKING NEWS : Yikes! Almost Every Character On General Hospital Is a Killer: Review the Evidence

Considering how hotheaded she is, it’s a wonder that the proprietor of Bobbie’s hasn’t actually killed anybody. It isn’t for lack of trying, though. She put a bullet in ex-lover Tony Jones and ordered a hit on future fiancé Franco Baldwin that resulted in Olivia Falconeri being shot.

Given that his tax returns list “hit man” as his occupation, it isn’t exactly a surprise that Stone Cold can take credit for a lot of the traffic in Port Charles’ cemetery. On the plus side, at least Jason tries to specialize in taking out baddies like Lorenzo Alcazar, Joe Scully Jr. and Dr. Ewen Keenan. That’s gotta count for something… right?

Rarely does the lawyer actually mean to kill anybody. For instance, daughter Kristina’s abusive boyfriend Kiefer Bauer just happened to wind up in front of her speeding car. And Luis Alcazar could have survived the flying leap that she helped him take from his penthouse balcony. He didn’t, but… you know. About the only person that Alexis ever set out to off was her mother’s murderer, Helena Cassadine — and hell knows she had it coming!

The femme fatale really emphasized the “fatale” back in 2013 when she shut up Connie Falconeri the old-fashioned way: by shooting her in cold blood and letting A.J. Quartermaine take the fall for the crime. (Eh, he was already on the second of his nine lives, anyway!)

Over the years, Helena’s son may have become a “lady killer” more in the romantic sense than the literal one. But that doesn’t change the fact he threw Ava off of Wyndemere’s parapet, blew up Cassandra Pierce and poisoned Mommie Dearest. On top of all that, he fatally shot Nikolas (or so he thought) and took aim at Kevin Collins!

Danny and Scout’s mom is big on making threats. But, despite having a past that’s as checkered as a chess board, her only kills have been in self-defense or the defense of others. Mind you, that did little to keep her out of hot water when she protected Jason by shooting cult leader Shiloh with a flare gun… in the back.

Years before being diagnosed with cobalt poisoning, the hook killer was running around offing people (like Ross Duncan and Dr. Maggie Wurth). As Heather’s grasp on reality became ever more tenuous, she added Brando Corbin, Britt Westbourne, Rory Cabrera, Oz Haggerty and more to her growing list of kills.

Accidents sure do happen a lot around Port Charles’ mayor. As a teenager, one oopsie made a dead man of David Hamilton, who had the nerve to prefer her mother, Lesley Williams. Later, the onetime Mrs. Luke Spencer had another “Did I do that?” moment which resulted in stepfather Rick Webber’s mistress modeling a toe tag.

As you’d expect, the nurse is likelier to heal than to harm. However, as a youngster, she tangled with dad Jeff’s mistress Reiko Finn in such a way that she went tumbling down a flight of stairs. This was especially awkward when Liz regained the suppressed memory while dating Reiko’s widower, Hamilton Finn.

It’s not just a good thing, it’s a very good thing that the former Mob flunky joined the Port Charles Police Department. In his previous line of work, he was ready to snuff out Cyrus Renault on the boss’ orders — which would have wound up giving him a very different POV of the precinct!

You take your life in your hands anytime you hit the road in Port Charles. Just ask Harmony Miller. Oh, wait… you can’t, because she died of injuries sustained when she was hit by a car being driven away from the paparazzi by the former face of Deception.

Laura’s half brother would just as soon slit your throat as shake your hand. But among the many murders on his rap sheet, the ones that stand out as the most heinous are the ones that resulted from the Floating Rib bombing that he ordered: Dev Cerci and “Hot Dustin” Phillips.

Heavens, no, the leader of the Q crew isn’t a thug on par with the mafiosos on this list. But when push came to shove — and she ran the risk of being cut out of daddy Edward’s will — she shoved back. Tracy was going to let the old man croak rather than hand over the medication that he was pretending to need to save his life.

If we tried to name everyone that Kevin Collins’ evil twin had murdered, it would look like we’d typed out the phone book. (Kids, you can ask your folks what a phone book was.) Suffice it to say, Esme Prince’s serial-killer father was beyond prolific. The victim whose loss cut the deepest? Kiki Jerome, the daughter of the object of his obsession, Ava.

“Going to extremes” simply means “going” to the mad doctor, who once pushed Brad Cooper off of a turret at Wyndemere, held Peter August hostage for months and murdered Victor Cassadine for fear that he was the father of her beloved son, Nathan West.

These pillars of the community have both done their part to make Port Charles a (marginally) safer place over the years: He put what for decades we all thought was an end to Ryan’s reign of terror, and she did what the writers wouldn’t for way too long and dispatched Peter August to the grave.

You don’t even have to “axe” whether Carly’s son has killed anybody — he has. Back in 2009, the future businessman took a hatchet to stepmother Claudia Zacchara to protect his mother and newborn baby sister, Josslyn Jacks.

Everyone knows that the fashionista slays — but usually only in her wardrobe choices. She took a more literal approach to the word back in 2014 when she did viewers a favor by fatally stabbing her treacherous fiancé, Levi Dunkleman.

Even the serial killers on General Hospital don’t have a higher body count than Port Charles’ most infamous coffee importer. When he says talk to the hand, what he means is the fist. (Just ask Cyrus… or Dex… or Ric Lansing… or… ) Over the years, the “good” mobster has also fatally shot everyone from A.J. to Jagger Cates and, before learning of their relation, tried to murder son Dante Falconeri in cold blood.
