An actor participating in these productions shared on Facebook on September 5, “Award-winning actress and director Judith Chapman is finally bringing her PASSION PROJECT to life, a decade in the making. This marks the second staging of her acclaimed play Sundew, which addresses the urgent need to safeguard our Garden of Eden from the threats posed by progress and greed.”
The theater’s website describes the play as centering on an elderly, quirky woman who is “Desperately clinging to wooded property she believes is the real, Biblical Eden.”
The narrative highlights ecological themes and illustrates how acts of selflessness can contribute to the preservation of our planet.
Y & R Spoilers – Shunned-An Amish Paradise…Or Is It?
Chapman’s second production, “Shunned” will take the stage on alternating evenings alongside Sundew, showcasing her remarkable ability to manage two distinctly different plays at once.
