There’s nothing more special than something that has been passed down from one family member to another over the years. And while Diane may be fighting to fix her relationship with her son Kyle, her portrayer, The Young and the Restless’ Susan Walters (Diane), couldn’t be closer to her daughter and just so happens to own a meaningful keepsake and posted the cutest photos to show how it connects her to her oldest and another loved one…
“Mother/daughter bracelets,” she stated, along with a photo of Walters’ granddaughter Nora wearing a silver band. She went on to explain that they are now “granddaughter/daughter bracelets,” which were given to the actress and her daughter Grace Albanese back in 1991. And the second photo featured the cutest close-up of Nora and her mom Grace wearing the bracelets.
In another post, her and her family, including Walters’ husband Linden Ashby (ex-Cameron), Grace, her husband, little Nora and their other daughter Savannah, smiled for the camera from the Bodegas Marqués de Riscal, a vineyard in Spain.
And in another pic, the family took part in a “San Sebastián pintxo crawl- Ashby/Albanese style.” But the fun didn’t stop there… Before that, they were on their way to “storm the castle,” the Montjuïc Castle, which was a former military fortress that now houses a military museum. And if you couldn’t tell just how much fun they were having during the recent trip, then this photo says it all, “The best way to travel.”
We’re glad Walters and her family was able to enjoy some downtime together and if the little keepsake that her daughter Grace and her own little girl now wears indicates anything, it’s that there will be many more new memories to be made!
