The Young and the Restless Next 2 Weeks: Sharon’s Wake-Up Call, Claire Betrays Summer, Billy Goes Too Far

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 29 to August 9, reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will continue to struggle with visions and difficult reminders of what she’s lost.

During the week of July 29-August 2, Sharon will also have a painful encounter with Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei), so discussing what happened to Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) will seemingly make matters worse.

Meanwhile, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will share some growing fears with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about Sharon’s alarming behavior – including the fact that she doesn’t seem to be taking her meds at all.

Sharon will keep pretending she’s fine at first, but she’ll eventually confess something to Nick and perhaps admit she’s having a hard time.

There’s a chance Sharon might even confess the kiss she hallucinated and share that she’s been missing Nick romantically.

Other Y&R spoilers say Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will sit down with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) at the coffeehouse, where Billy will push harder for the whole truth.

Chelsea will lash out over Billy’s lack of trust and most likely ditch the conversation with Adam since they’ll need to get to Baltimore.

Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) will be coming home, so Chelsea and Adam will have some time to discuss how to handle all the suspicions while they’re off collecting him.

Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), they’ll have a heated confrontation with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) at the athletic club.

Across town, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will move forward with a major power play – one that could help him acquire Chancellor Industries if all goes well.

Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will put Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) through a loyalty test, but he’ll also keep some secrets and have a few tricks up his sleeve that could spell trouble.

Billy will continue to work closely with Lily, which will lead to him stepping out of bounds in some way.

That could involve trying to override one of Lily’s business decisions, but what if it involves something more personal?

Billy and Lily have been reconnecting lately, so it’s possible he’ll plant an unexpected kiss on her.

That would be a fun twist in Billy’s story since Chelsea’s keeping the lid on her Maryland hotel hookup with Adam.

Whatever the case, Billy had better be ready for some drama since Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will start plotting against him.

Back with Sharon, she’ll make an unsettling discovery.

There’ll be some sort of troubling wake-up call for Sharon, so she might awaken in the bed of someone surprising or maybe even realize she’s committed a crime.

It sounds like Sharon will snap out of a trance and become alarmed over her circumstances, so we’ll be sure to give you more predictions on all the chaos ahead for her.

As for Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), she’ll get some help from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) on an important choice – most likely regarding where she’s going to live with Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).

During the week of August 5-9, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) may change her mind about spying on Summer for Kyle.

Although Claire previously nixed the idea, she might end up calling or texting Kyle after all if she sees that Summer’s making a bold move.

If it’s revealed that Devon, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) have moved out of the Chancellor mansion, that might open the door for Summer to live there with Harrison and Chance.

Regardless, Claire will probably get updates on some news that she thinks Kyle should hear about, so she may get in touch and spill something about Summer’s actions.

Elsewhere, Billy is bound to realize Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has betrayed him sooner or later.

Victoria has decided not to warn Billy about Victor going after Chancellor, so you can bet her ex will be livid once he discovers her betrayal.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some fierce faceoffs and growing excitement, so stay tuned!
